Capabilities and Equipment
-
Quality
Moore maintains an ISO 9001 quality certification and is beginning the process to achieve an IATF rating with a goal of 2025 year end.
-
Automation
Moore is keenly focused on the use of automation for repeatability and reduction of labor costs. We have installed robotic welding systems press side and in assembly cells.
-
Assembly
Our diverse end markets often require assembly operations, either at the press or as secondary operations.
-
Injection Molding Machines
We can handle almost all needs with press sizes ranging from 75 up to 2,000 tons, all with robotic technology. We have continued to add large presses for our customers’ high tonnage/large part molding needs.
-
Robotic Sonic Welding
We designed and procured a robotic welding systems machine in 2018 to reduce additional handling and assembly costs for our end customer. We currently have three sonic welding machines with plans for additional welders in the near future.
-
Tooling
We are able to provide routine maintenance and repair of our customers tools in house. We also manage start up programs with partner facilities to provide turnkey solutions from prototypes to production molds, assembly jigs and check fixtures as needed.
-
Painting
Moore has provided painted parts to our customers for many years using partner facilities. We can use these relationships to provide a turnkey solution for these needs. We also have experience in providing parts our end customers will prime and paint, and have years of experience in the steps to ensure the needed final finish.
-
Plating
We have experience in suppling parts that our end customers will chrome plate. Much like painting, we understand the needs of the modded substrate to achieve the desired finish.
-
Overlay Decoration
Achieving high gloss levels, Alternate to chrome plating and painting, and their recycling and environmental issues, REACH compliant, Reduced scrap and ability to recycle parts over otter finishes, Allowing backlighting, capacitive touch and radar transmission.
